Free returns on all orders. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid returns label. Drop the parcel at any courier point.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt.
Exchanges
We can’t exchange sizes directly — return your pair and place a new order for the size you need.
